Ibro Soumah is one of the UK's leading Dundunfola, or Master of the dundun drums, and an exceptional djembe player.
Originally from Guinea, Conakry in West Africa; Ibro's music is the traditional music of Guinea and the West African Ballet. He plays many traditional instruments at a professional level, including; Djembe, Doundoun, Sangban, Kenkeni, Bolon, and Gongoma.
Ibro teaches a range of African Drumming workshops and classes across Wirral, Liverpool, Merseyside, Cheshire and beyond for players of all levels, on both the djembe and dunduns. Ibro also provides drumming workshops for schools, corporate workshops and events, festivals, community events and performances.
